1. About HA Linker
HA Linker Contracting Est. is a contracting company based in Al-Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, providing civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and industrial construction, oil & gas and rig move support, equipment rental, manpower supply and HVAC services.
2. Quotations
Quotations provided through this website are estimates based on the information you supply. A quotation becomes binding only when confirmed in a signed contract or work order. Prices may change if project scope, site conditions or timelines change.
3. Contracting services
All construction and project-support work is performed under a written agreement defining scope, schedule, payment terms and responsibilities. HA Linker commits to delivering work with professional care, qualified personnel and appropriate safety measures.
4. Equipment rental
Rental equipment is provided with experienced operators unless otherwise agreed. The renter is responsible for site access, safe working conditions at the site, and fuel unless the agreement states otherwise. Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
5. Manpower supply
Personnel supplied under manpower agreements remain employees of HA Linker unless the contract transfers specific responsibilities. The client must provide a safe working environment and comply with applicable labour and safety regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
6. Health, safety and environment
Safety is a shared responsibility. Clients must cooperate with HA Linker's HSE requirements on site, including inductions, permits and personal protective equipment rules.
7. Website use
Content on this website is for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse our content, logos or images without written permission. We may update website content at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HA Linker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Liability for contracted work is governed by the relevant written agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation in the first instance, then through the competent courts or arbitration as agreed in the contract.
